We will honor your order within the limits of our available stock. Orders will be processed within 72 hours. In the event that any of the products ordered are not available in our inventory, you will be notified via email of any changes to your order. To the best of our ability, we will inform you of when you can expect your merchandise, as you may opt to keep or cancel your order in the unlikely event it may not be available.

For partially delivered orders, you will only be charged for the items that are available.



Please review your purchase, billing and shipping information before submitting your order. PLEASE NOTE that your Alexander Olch order may begin processing as soon as it is submitted. We will try our best to accommodate modifications to your order; however, we cannot guarantee these changes will be made after your order is submitted. Cancellations can be requested within 30 minutes of placing your order.

Only orders sent within New York State will be charged the appropriate local sales tax. Alexander Olch New York LTD. accepts payments through Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. You must provide all correct billing information including the cardholder name, credit card number, expiration date, security code, and billing address. To avoid delays, please make sure you have completed the checkout procedure carefully and completely. The amount of your purchase will be debited from your account on the date of sale. Alexander Olch New York LTD. will not be responsible for any delay of goods due to incomplete order forms or unattainable authorizations from credit card companies. Alexander Olch New York LTD. does not accept personal checks for payment.



Alexander Olch New York LTD. ships internationally. Goods will be delivered according to their availability. In case of an incomplete order, only the goods delivered will be charged. There are no shipping charges on back orders. You will be charged for shipping on the first delivery. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed on holidays will be processed the next business day.

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information. Deliveries will be made according to those order specifications. If you would like a signature required at drop off please state that in the notes section of the order. Please indicate if you would like to release the signature from your delivery. UPS and FedEx will make repeated delivery attempts before returning your merchandise to Alexander Olch New York LTD. If you would like to schedule a delivery intercept, reroute your package, or attempt a redelivery, you will be responsible for the associated charges. Alexander Olch New York LTD. cannot change or alter the delivery method once shipped.

Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email from us. In general, orders are processed in 2-3 business days. Once processed you will receive your order within 1-10 business days depending on the shipping method selected.



You will be charged USPS/UPS/FedEx shipping and handling fees based on type of service. All orders will be shipped via the method you specify on the purchase page.

*All orders over $150 ship for free with USPS Priority.

*Any order over $150 with expedited shipping will be charged shipping.

*When shipping internationally, shipping charges, as well as all other applicable duties and taxes will be billed to the recipient.



Alexander Olch New York LTD. will exchange or reimburse goods within 14 days from the shipping date. Please return to: Alexander Olch Returns, 14 Orchard, New York, NY 10002. All goods must be returned in perfect condition (Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed) with tags attached along with a copy of your original Alexander Olch invoice. Please indicate on the back of your invoice form the reason for your return. In case goods are not available for exchange, you will receive a refund to the original credit card used for purchase. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles. “SALE ITEMS” ARE SOLD AS IS AND ARE FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges are accepted on sale items. Please note that a package refusal does not suffice as a request for a refund. Alexander Olch New York LTD. reserves the right to decline your return if these Sales Conditions are not met. Unauthorized returns will be returned to the customer and not credited. Please contact us if you have any concerns or questions regarding your exchange or return.



Sales tax is charged based on the customers shipping address, only to states where Alexander Olch New York has a physical presence. Currently this includes:

New York State.

No tax will be applied to all clothing under $110. 4% New York sales tax and 4.5 % New York City tax will be applied to all clothing items that is $110 and more.
